Matheaven is building a network of qualified mobile phlebotomy professionals for appointments in Bartow, Winter Haven, and nearby Polk County communities. We welcome interest from collectors who may be available for assignments as client needs arise. Joining the network interest list does not guarantee assignments or a set schedule.
Who we’re looking for
We’re interested in experienced phlebotomists, nurses, and other qualified professionals who are authorized to perform the collections they accept. Collectors should be dependable, communicate clearly, and treat every client with courtesy and respect. Mobile visits require reliable transportation and careful attention to collection instructions, specimen handling, and client privacy.
what the work may include
Assignments may include physician-ordered blood draws and eligible laboratory kit collections at homes, workplaces, or healthcare facilities. Matheaven reviews the order, kit instructions, location, and collection requirements before confirming a visit. The collector follows the approved instructions for collection, labeling, packaging, and specimen handoff.
how opportunities are offered
Opportunities are offered as needed, based on client requests, location, collection requirements, and your availability. Matheaven will share the visit details and proposed payment before you decide whether to accept an assignment. There is no guaranteed number of visits or fixed schedule.
what we expect
Collectors should arrive on time, communicate respectfully, follow the collection and specimen handling instructions for each visit, use appropriate safety precautions, protect client privacy, and promptly report any problem that could affect a visit or specimen.

You may attach a résumé if you have one. Please do not send identification documents or patient information in your first message.
What happens next
Matheaven will review your information and may contact you to discuss your experience, service area, and availability. Before offering assignments, we will verify the qualifications and requirements relevant to the collections. Payment and working arrangements will be discussed separately.
