Mobile Phlebotomy for Individuals & Healthcare Organizations
Matheaven offers convenient mobile phlebotomy, at-home blood draws, and eligible laboratory specimen collection services for individuals and healthcare organizations throughout our Central Florida service area. Whether you have physician-ordered laboratory work, a Matheaven lab kit, or an approved collection kit from another laboratory, we help make specimen collection more convenient by bringing professional collection services to your location.
Our mobile phlebotomy service is based in Winter Haven, Florida, with primary coverage in Winter Haven and Bartow. Mobile blood collection appointments may also be available in Lakeland and surrounding Polk County communities, depending on travel distance, scheduling, and collection requirements.
To request an appointment, select your preferred date and time through our online scheduling system and pay the $45 reservation fee, which is credited toward your service total when applicable. After booking, Matheaven reviews your collection address and laboratory requirements. Any additional charges will be provided in writing for your approval before your mobile appointment is finalized and a phlebotomist is dispatched.

Matheaven Lab Kits
Purchased a Matheaven laboratory collection kit? Select your preferred appointment time and location and pay the $45 reservation fee. Matheaven will review your collection requirements and confirm availability. Any additional mobile service charges will be communicated in writing for your approval before the appointment is finalized.
Outside Laboratory Kits
Have a collection kit from another laboratory? Select your preferred appointment time and location and pay the $45 reservation fee. Please email your laboratory requisition and collection kit instructions to contact@matheaven.org before your appointment. Matheaven will review the requirements to determine whether we can accommodate the collection. Any additional charges will be provided in writing for your approval before your mobile appointment is finalized.

Service arrangements, scheduling, coverage areas, and pricing are determined based on collection requirements and location.
How it works
- Start Your Request. Select your preferred appointment date, time, and location through our online scheduling system and pay the $45 reservation fee. Please provide the required appointment information and submit any applicable laboratory requisition or collection kit instructions. Healthcare organizations may contact Matheaven directly to discuss service arrangements.
- We Review the Details. Matheaven reviews your laboratory order or kit instructions, collection location, scheduling availability, specimen handling requirements, and any applicable travel charges. If we cannot accommodate your collection, we will discuss alternative arrangements or the applicable refund.
- Finalize Your Appointment. Your $45 reservation fee is credited toward your eligible service total. Any additional charges will be communicated in writing. Once you approve the quote and all collection requirements are confirmed, Matheaven finalizes your mobile appointment and coordinates the assigned phlebotomist. Any remaining balance will be collected through an authorized payment link.
- Complete the Collection. Your assigned collection professional performs the approved specimen collection at the confirmed location. Matheaven coordinates specimen handling, processing, and delivery arrangements according to the receiving laboratory’s requirements.
What we need to Review
To ensure your specimen collection can be completed properly, Matheaven reviews the applicable laboratory order, requisition, and collection instructions before confirming your appointment.
For outside laboratory kits, please provide the complete collection instructions, required tube types, processing and storage requirements, return shipping label, and laboratory shipping destination.
Special timing, temperature, centrifugation, packaging, and delivery requirements must be reviewed in advance. Matheaven will contact you if additional information or arrangements are needed.
Laboratory requisitions or kit instructions may be submitted through a Matheaven-approved secure communication method. Please contact us for instructions on submitting documents containing personal health information.
Scheduling & Service Fees
Individual clients may select an available appointment time and location through Matheaven’s online scheduling system. A $45 reservation fee is collected at the time of booking and credited toward the eligible service total. Weekday mornings are our initial scheduling preference, and appointments at other times depend on availability.
Mobile collection pricing may vary based on travel distance, specimen processing, courier services, shipping, special handling, and laboratory kit requirements. Matheaven reviews these requirements after booking and communicates any additional charges in writing. Clients must approve the final quote before their mobile collection appointment is confirmed and a phlebotomist is dispatched.
If Matheaven cannot accommodate a requested collection, we will discuss alternative arrangements or refund the $45 reservation fee when applicable. Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows are subject to Matheaven’s published reservation policies.
Healthcare organizations, including nursing facilities, assisted living communities, group homes, home health agencies, and hospice providers, may use the Request Organization Services button to discuss recurring or individual collection needs. Scheduling, pricing, and payment terms are established separately based on the service agreement.
